  • Please allow up to (3) business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

  • We reserve the right to use our preferred method of shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • We will only ship to a valid address.

Some of the commodities, products and technologies sold by Trebleray are subject to one or more export control laws and regulations of the U.S. Government and thus require valid export license to transport outside of the U.S.A. Items regulated under ECCN 0A987 require a license from the U.S. Department of Commerce (BIS) and items regulated under ITAR  require a licence issued by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130, and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Export of the commodities sold by Trebleray is strictly prohibited without a valid export license. Return Policy:

 

In the event you need to return an item to us, please follow the steps below:

 

Product Return/Refund Process:

  • Returns may be accepted if purchased within 7 days from Trebleray.com. Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from Trebleray.

  • We reserve the right to deny claim for return/refund if it is determined the unit does meet the requirements upon inspection.

  • Please fill out the Warranty Claim form to obtain a Series number.

  • Please ensure product is packaged properly. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

  • It is highly recommended you use a method of shipment which includes tracking as we are not responsible for lost items.

  • Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • Please allow up to 10 days for your package to be received and processed

 


Product Warranty Process:

  • Products eligible for warranty support must have been purchased under the Trebleray brand.

  • We reserve the right to deny claim for warranty if it is determined the unit does meet the requirements upon inspection.

  • Please fill out the Warranty Claim form to obtain a Series number.
