Trebleray Limited Lifetime Warranty

Commercial Warranty Information:

Your Treblerayproduct is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon registration of the product for the lifetime of the product. This warranty specifically applies to the metal structure, optical and illumination systems. The metal structure/housing and optical system (glass) of your Treblerayproduct is warrantied for the life of the product under normal, personal use. Under the TreblerayWarranty, the illumination system (LED), is warrantied for 10 years from the manufacture date under normal, personal use. In the event of a confirmed defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product with a Treblerayproduct of similar type/function, and of equal or greater value. Treblerayreserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer in production. This TreblerayWarranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, etc.; (b) asserted defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Trebleray. Trebleraymay restrict warranty service for our products to the country from which Treblerayor its authorized dealers originally sold the Treblerayproduct. For warranty claims outside the United States, the costs of shipping or transporting the product (including to and from Treblerayor our dealer), any insurance or any fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by this warranty.

THIS TREBLERAYLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR COMMERCIAL TREBLERAYPRODUCTS. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY, AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AT ALL FOR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY. OUR LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO FULFILL ANY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE RECEIVED BY US FOR THE PRODUCT. THE REMEDIES STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AGAINST US REGARDING THIS PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS AND REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE OR INTERRUPTIONS IN OPERATIONS, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSSES OF ANY KIND. THESE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT MADE BY US WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND THE PURCHASER MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS IN THOSE STATES OR JURISDICTIONS.

Professional Warranty Information:

Treblerayoffers different models for commercial and professional applications. Models designed for professional-use are designated with an LEM suffix in the model number.

Professional-use of commercial models will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Professional use means use of the product by anyone employed by a private entity or a federal, state, or local government agency to enforce laws and/or secure a site, entity, group, or individual.

Professional models carry a 10-month warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified by individual contract terms. International professional-use warranty coverage is based solely on individual contract terms. 

We are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT TreblerayTechnologies Inc. products on Amazon and Ebay. Regarding this issue, we are alerting our valued customers, retailers, and distributors that TreblerayTechnologies Inc. is actively working to resolve it. Please note that TreblerayTechnologies Inc. will NOT honor its Limited Lifetime Warranty for any products sold on Amazon by Non-Authorized Resellers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from Non-Authorized Resellers as they may not perform as intended. 

DRS-NV and DRS-TH Warranty Information

TreblerayDRS models include a limited lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship to the original purchaser. The lifetime warranty is limited to the housing and optical systems. Treblerayprovides a 10-month warranty from the date of original retail purchase for electronic components. At our sole discretion, we will repair or replace products found to be defective under normal use without charge, excluding any delivery costs, which will be assumed by the purchaser. We will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any connection with the use or performance of this product. This warranty is void if the product has been misused, modified, neglected, or disassembled prior to its return.
